Sara Mukhamejanova
Audit Partner
Sara has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and audit, including a senior manager role at a Big Four firm. She advises on accounting, finance, audit, IFRS and ISA matters, and has led the design and implementation of consolidated reporting procedures and consolidation accounting policies. Her recent work includes impairment testing of investments and property, plant and equipment under IAS 36 for major national holding groups such as KazMunayGas and Samruk-Energy, together with property and goodwill valuations for consolidation and IFRS reporting. She also advises private holding groups on budgeting, financial and management reporting, and cash flow management.
Business Administration and Finance, KIMEP University. DipIFR (ACCA) candidate. ASA certified (American Society of Appraisers, Associate member).

Dina Tasbulatova
Audit Partner
Dina has been a Partner at PKF Audit & Assurance Kazakhstan since 2023, leading audit, forensic consulting, and accounting and tax advisory engagements for large and mid-sized businesses, including top KASE issuers and AIFC residents, drawing on her expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards, international valuation standards, and accounting and tax policy design. She previously spent 17 years as CEO and Partner at Deloitte Kazakhstan (2006-2023), leading its valuation and corporate finance practice across Kazakhstan, Central Asia and the Caspian region, including Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkmenistan. Her work has included valuing strategic assets such as KazMunayGas, Samruk-Energy, Kazatomprom and KEGOC, structuring landmark privatisation transactions in Kazakhstan and major cross-border deals across the CIS, and supporting business planning and investor introductions alongside Kazakh Invest.
DipIFR (ACCA) candidate. Certified (licensed) appraiser of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK.
